Description
A Memorial Day favorite!
Ingredients
- 1 c Brown sugar
- 1 c flour
- 3⁄4 c quick oats
- 1⁄2 c butter, melted
- 1 t cinnamon
- 4 c rhubarb, chopped
- 1 c sugar
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 c Water
- 1 t vanilla
Instructions
Combine brown sugar, flour, oats, butter, and cinnamon in large bowl; stir until crumbly. Press half of mixture into the bottom of a greased 8x8 pan. Top with chopped rhubarb. On stovetop, heat sugar, cornstarch, water, and vanilla until clear and bubbly. Pour stovetop mixture over rhubarb. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
Notes
We like this dish served with whipped topping. Delish!
